Job description
Job Responsibility
- Monitor and supervise construction or project sites to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate and manage daily site activities, including workforce deployment and task execution
- Communicate effectively in Malay and English, both verbally and in writing
- Drive company vehicle to transport workers and materials to and from the project site
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely progress of work
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of site activities and issues
- Take initiative to learn and adapt to project requirements and procedures
- Able to communicate and write in Malay & English
- Available to start work immediately
- Willing to learn and responsible for site monitoring
- Able to drive company vehicle and ferry workers to site
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate all activities and resources related to the assigned project
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess CIDB / NIOSH card and Driving License (Class D)
- EPF / SOCSO
- Annual Leave
- Medical leave
