Construction à Malaisie

As a GL Accountant, you will ensure accurate accounting for all transactions booked in the location's books. You will prepare and reverse accruals to accurately reflect our operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the SBU business commercial teams

• Challenge the business by delivering insightful analysis of the numbers and scenario modelling

• Responsible for all reporting for SBU and location as well as the calculations of main metrics

• Analyze, interpret and communicate monthly financial results including deviation analysis, explanation of performance drivers/opportunities and main metric reporting

• Preparation and presentation of monthly P&Ls including overview of account profitability including customer rebate agreements

• Planning, preparation, and implementation of the annual budget process and Independent Merchant customers

• Monthly closing process - coordinate activities to ensure results are accurate and explainable
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and a recognized professional accountancy qualification such as CIMA / ACCA / ACA

• Minimum 4 years of experience in general ledger

• Business and commercially aware, ideally with experience of working in a commercial environment

• Good knowledge of MS Office and a specialist in Excel

• Multiple language skills English / Mandarin is nice to have

• Accounting licensure, like CPA
