Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead the Energy Management System (EnMS): Design and implement a comprehensive EnMS aligned with ISO 50001:2018 standards, including the development of an energy policy and formation of an energy committee.
  • Define roles and responsibilities: Set clear commitment roles and responsibilities for all members of the Energy Committee to ensure effective governance and accountability.
  • Develop EnMS documentation: Prepare and maintain the EnMS Manual and Procedures in accordance with ISO 50001:2018 guidelines, ensuring clarity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement energy reporting system: Set up a robust energy management reporting framework to monitor, analyse, and communicate energy performance across the organization.
  • Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance: Fulfil all obligations during the contract and maintain compliance with EECA2024 Type 2 certification standards.
  • Collaborate across departments: Work closely with operations, facilities, and sustainability teams to integrate energy‑saving initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support training and awareness: Promote energy awareness and provide guidance to stakeholders on best practices and EnMS procedures.

  • Registered Energy Manager – minimum type 2 EECA2024.
