We’re looking for a creative, fast-paced Video Editor to join our growing content team. You’ll be responsible for editing high-performing short-form content, collaborating with creators, and helping scale our social media presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit engaging short-form videos for social media platforms
- Turn raw footage into high-retention, scroll-stopping content
- Add captions, subtitles, sound effects, music, and basic motion graphics
- Collaborate with creators and content managers to hit daily/weekly output goals
- Follow brand styles, pacing, and performance guidelines
- Organize files and meet tight deadlines consistently
- 1–2+ years of video editing experience (short‑form preferred)
- Strong understanding of TikTok / Reels / Shorts pacing and trends
- Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, etc.)
- Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback
- Experience editing viral or high-view content
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills
- Familiarity with content analytics (watch time, retention, hooks)
RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month (based on experience and output)
