Key Responsibilities
  • Culture Activation & Embedding
    • Drive the activation and continuation ofPruWay, ensuring it is deeply embedded in the employee experience and work culture.
    • Partner with stakeholders in Head Office and LBUs to integrate cultural and inclusive principles and behaviours into processes, programs, and communications with proper tracking mechanism for success.
  • Employee Experience
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve employee experience across the lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.
    • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure policies and practices are aligned with our values and principles of diversity, inclusion and belonging.
  • Engagement & PruVoice
    • Lead the planning and execution of Groupwide engagement survey -PruVoice, ensuring robust employee feedback mechanisms.
    • Analyse PruVoice results to derive actionable insights.
    • Develop strategies to amplify employee voice and foster a culture of listening and responsiveness.
  • Program Management
    • Manage end-to-end delivery of culture and inclusion-related initiatives, including timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Monitor impact and effectiveness of programs through data and feedback, recommending improvements as needed to ensure ongoing progress towards a inclusive and engaged workplace.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Previous experience in culture, inclusion, or employee engagement roles.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyse large dataset for actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for building inclusive, high-performing organisational cultures.
