Job summary

A growing freight forwarder in Subang Jaya is looking for an experienced customs declaration professional. You will handle import and export customs declarations, ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations, and liaise with various authorities for clearance. The ideal candidate possesses a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business, with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with HS Codes is required. Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit import & export customs declarations (MyCIEDS / SMK / ZB / Dagang Net / VGM / Gate Pass).
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Customs regulations & HS Code classification.
• Liaise with Customs, port authorities, shipping lines, warehouse and transporters for clearance.
• Verify duties, permits, FTA Form, Exemption Letter and documentation accuracy.
• Provide timely updates to operations and clients on shipment status.
• Generate billing to customer.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in customs declaration or forwarding.
• Familiar with HS Codes, K1/K2/K3/K8/ZB documentation, permits & Dagang Net system.
• KEK certificate will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail & ability to meet tight deadlines.
