- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer within the MLM/ Direct Selling/ Consumer industry.
- Exceptional stage presence and presentation skills with the ability to energise and influence large audiences.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to deliver training effectively to diverse distributor groups.
- Highly driven, ambitious in pursuing results, and passionate about sales and people development.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with strong communication and storytelling abilities.
- Strong background in health supplements, wellness, nutrition, or consumer products is highly preferred.
