About the Role

• Position: Lead Enterprise Solution Architect (Insurance Digital Transformation).
• Primary Objective: Drive the technical vision for major digital transformation initiatives and support the rollout of group-wide solutions.
• Implementation Focus: Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of solution architecture for large-scale programs, specifically within Distribution/Agency Channels, Customer Portals, and CRM/Marketing systems.
• Decision Leadership: Proactively leads architecture decision-making and articulates complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Requirements

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• Domain Expertise: Specialized experience within the Insurance sector is mandatory.
• Proven Track Record: Must have delivered at least one major end-to-end implementation in a multi-country setup within the last 2 to 5 years.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Modern Patterns: Deep knowledge of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and MACH/Composable Architecture principles.
  • Tech Stack: Experience with Spring Boot (APIs), React (Front-end), and databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • Platforms: Expertise in Salesforce for CRM and marketing functions.
  • Innovation: Knowledge of integrating AI/ML models into the digital landscape.
