Job Title: Technical Solutions Architect

As a Technical Solution Architect within TookiTaki’s Services Organization, you will serve as the technical bridge between solution design, deployment, and service delivery. You will collaborate closely with Service Delivery Leaders, Deployment Engineers, Product, and Cloud Infrastructure teams to ensure that client implementations are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Your primary mission is to architect client-specific solution blueprints, ensuring seamless deployment, integration, and operational readiness of TookiTaki’s AML and Fraud platforms. You will also play a strategic role in influencing architecture best practices, automation frameworks, and continuous service improvement.

• Solution Design & Architecture
  • Translate business requirements from clients and Service Delivery teams into scalable technical architectures on TookiTaki’s FinCense and AFC platforms.
  • Design end-to-end deployment blueprints incorporating infrastructure, data pipelines, integrations, and security frameworks across AWS/GCP environments.
  • Define technical standards, integration patterns, and governance models for all solution deployments.
  • Review and validate deployment designs and configurations from the engineering and cloud teams.
• Implementation & Technical Leadership
  • Partner with Deployment Engineers to oversee the rollout of client environments — from provisioning and configuration to data ingestion and testing.
  • Provide technical leadership during onboarding and post-production phases, ensuring adherence to SLA, scalability, and security standards.
  • Lead performance optimization, high-availability planning, and incident resolution for live customer environments.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and define improvement roadmaps for existing clients to ensure long-term operational efficiency.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with Service Delivery, Product, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure architectural alignment with TookiTaki’s evolving platform strategy.
  • Serve as the technical counterpart to customer Solution and IT teams, providing confidence in TookiTaki’s deployment integrity and scalability.
  • Collaborate with PreSales and Product teams to translate implementation learnings into product roadmap inputs.
  • Enable internal teams through technical documentation, playbooks, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Innovation & Automation
  • Champion automation-first principles in deployment and operations using CI/CD, Terraform, and container orchestration frameworks.
  • Continuously evaluate new technologies, tools, and architectures to enhance TookiTaki’s delivery efficiency.
  • Define and evolve reference architectures, reusable components, and deployment accelerators.
• Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Drive post-implementation reviews to capture best practices and lessons learned.
  • Establish technical health metrics across deployments — performance, availability, cost, and compliance.
  • Ensure client implementations meet regulatory, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards.

• Architecture Excellence & Deployment Quality
  • 100% of solution architectures adhere to TookiTaki’s approved reference frameworks, design principles, and security baselines.
  • Zero critical non-conformities identified in architecture reviews or client technical audits.
  • Each deployment includes a comprehensive design document, risk register, and rollback plan before go-live.
  • At least two re-usable solution accelerators or design templates contributed per year to the Service Engineering repository.
• Service Uptime, Scalability & Reliability
  • Maintain 99.9% uptime across all production client environments, validated through continuous monitoring and SLA adherence.
  • Achieve average incident resolution time < 30 minutes for critical (P1) production issues through proactive observability and automated alerting.
  • Deliver predictable scaling for client workloads with zero downtime during scale events, releases, or upgrades.
  • Demonstrate measurable 20% improvement in performance efficiency across client environments within the first 6 months of deployment.
• Automation & Operational Efficiency
  • Implement fully automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for all new client environments within 90 days of onboarding.
  • Reduce manual intervention in deployment and configuration by 80% through automation, scripting, and standardized workflows.
  • Ensure cost optimization of 15–20% per client deployment through efficient resource provisioning, scaling policies, and monitoring-driven adjustments.
  • Deploy real-time monitoring and anomaly detection systems with <5% false alert rate.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Knowledge Enablement
  • Maintain on-time and successful delivery handoffs between architecture, cloud, and service delivery teams with <5% deviation from committed timelines.
  • Lead at least four internal knowledge-sharing sessions annually to enhance cross-team capability in architecture, automation, and service reliability.
  • Establish a feedback loop with the Product and Engineering teams for architectural learnings and improvement insights post every major implementation.
  • Create and maintain architecture playbooks, runbooks, and technical SOPs that improve service repeatability and reduce dependency on individuals.
• Client Experience & Service Impact
  • Achieve Client Satisfaction (CSAT) > 4.5/5 across deployment and stabilization phases.
  • No critical architecture-related escalations or SLA breaches in the first 6 months post go-live.
  • Deliver clear and confident technical communication and documentation that enable client technology teams to self-manage routine operations.
  • Lead at least one architecture optimization engagement per quarter, driving measurable value to the client (cost, performance, compliance, or scale).
• Continuous Improvement & Thought Leadership
  • Contribute two or more improvement initiatives per year in tooling, automation, or deployment methodology that enhance TookiTaki’s service delivery efficiency.
  • Publish or present at least one internal or external technical showcase (knowledge share, client workshop, or whitepaper) aligned with TookiTaki’s “Innovate Continuously” brand value.
  • Partner with Service Delivery Leader to define and maintain architecture maturity benchmarks for TookiTaki’s client ecosystem.
  • Actively mentor and upskill Deployment Engineers and Cloud Ops members, building overall organizational capability and autonomy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Master’s in Cloud Infrastructure, Data Engineering, or equivalent preferred.

• 10–15 years of experience in technical architecture, solution design, or cloud deployment roles within fintech, regtech, or SaaS environments.
• Proven experience in architecting and deploying solutions on AWS and GCP.
• Strong background in data integration, API management, and large-scale system deployments.
• Experience collaborating with Service Delivery or Professional Services teams in customer-facing roles.

• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Go, or Bash.
• Expertise in containerization, data streaming, and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
• Familiarity with AML/KYC/CDD/EDD frameworks and financial compliance technology preferred.
• Strong understanding of networking, data security, and identity management principles.
