PART 2 ARCHITECT (RIBA / LAM Part II or equivalent)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Part 2 Architect to join our growing design team. This role is ideal for a design-driven individual eager to gain exposure across all project stages and work on high-quality architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design development of architectural projects from concept to construction documentation

Produce high-quality design visuals, technical drawings, 3D visualization, and presentations materials

Support project coordination with internal teams and consultants

Contribute creatively to design discussions and reviews

Assist in preparing submissions to authorities where required

Requirements:

Part 2 qualification (RIBA / LAM or equivalent)

Strong design sensibility and attention to detail

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Revit experience is an advantage)

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to manage tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
