We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Architect to join our growing team at Yeoh Sheng Architect & YEA Architects, based in Taman Danau Desa. As part of our team, you will play an important role in delivering creative and functional architectural solutions to meet the needs of our diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using SketchUp.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies to support the design and planning process.
• Work closely with team members, including architects, interior designers, and engineers, to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients in a professional and engaging manner.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Support project management tasks, including monitoring budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Participate in interval site visits to monitor construction progress and address design-related issues.
• Be able to travel to authorities and hold your own transport for office, site, and authority visits.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in architecture or design.
• Strong technical skills in CAD software, 3D modeling tools, and visualization software.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with Malaysian building codes and construction regulations.
