As a Videographer and Graphic Designer, you will bring Streamline’s brand to life through engaging multimedia content. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that spans all of Streamline’s offerings, including game development, services, publishing, and partnerships. One day, you’ll be crafting assets for our brand, and the next, you’ll be designing materials for our next game. A love of video games and marketing is essential, as you’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect with our audiences.
Your responsibilities will include producing high-quality video and graphic assets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring innovative, on-brand, and timely deliverables across a wide range of projects.

Note: For this position, we require on-site presence.

• Videography: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for campaigns, social media, events, and product launches.
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and brand-consistent designs for marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and corporate assets.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate on creative concepts that drive engagement and resonate with our gaming and partner audiences.
• Technical Excellence: Maintain high production standards in all deliverables, ensuring technical precision and brand alignment.
• Process Innovation: Experiment with and introduce new tools, techniques, and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.

Videographer and Graphic Designer will be measured according to the metrics below:

• On-time delivery of projects
• First-try approval rates for videos and designs

• Stakeholder satisfaction

Videographer and Graphic Designer will possess the following skills:

• Junior Level: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), basic videography, and graphic design skills.
• Mid-Level: Advanced editing tools, motion graphics, end-to-end project management, and cross-functional collaboration experience.

• Photography and basic understanding of 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender, Maya).
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and social media trends for optimizing content performance.

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for video games and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
