A dynamic customer service company located in Mexicali is seeking candidates for a role involving direct contact with American clients. Responsibilities include resolving client issues and supporting client campaigns. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and experience in a call center, with a requisite proficiency in English (90%). The position offers a monthly salary of $13,500 pesos gross along with bonuses for excellent performance and a collaborative company culture.

Responsabilités
- Direct contact with American clients to provide support.
- Assist clients in resolving immediate issues.
- Support the campaign to increase clientele via inbound calls.
- Use technological platforms for optimal support.

- Shift availability
- $13,500 pesos per month (gross salary) + bonuses.
- Training schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.
- After training, the campaign will determine the schedule.
