We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Tax Manager / Specialist to join our finance team in Italy, in Milan or Turin. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with all local and international tax regulations while developing effective tax strategies that support the company’s growth and long-term objectives.
- Independently manage corporate tax filings, including Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Corporate Income Tax (CIT).
- Identify potential tax and business risks, develop practical solutions, and provide strategic tax planning and advisory support to minimize tax liabilities.
- Oversee all aspects of the company’s tax compliance, ensure timely filing and payments, and liaise with external tax advisors and tax authorities as required.
- Monitor changes in tax laws, evaluate impact on operations, and support and manage tax audits with effective risk control.
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams during month-end and year-end closings, prepare and maintain tax reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or other professional tax qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in tax management or tax advisory, ideally within a multinational organization or Big Four firm.
- Strong understanding of Italian and international tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in Italian, English, and Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and ability to build trusted relationships.
