Job summary
Una giovane società nel settore degli affitti brevi cerca una figura per il ruolo di Customer Service a Trieste. Il candidato gestirà la comunicazione con gli ospiti su Airbnb/Booking da remoto, offrendo supporto operativo e coordinandosi con il team per risolvere problemi. Responsibilities
- Gestire la messaggistica con gli ospiti su Airbnb/Booking e canali diretti.
- Offrire supporto operativo da remoto e coordinarsi con i team operativi.
- Gestire recensioni e situazioni delicate come reclami e rimborsi.
