Specialized in recruiting Middle, Senior, and Top Management profiles, it is looking for a Retail Operations Specialist for leading companies in the Beauty & Cosmetics sector.
The Retail Operations team acts as the first point of contact between HQ and stores, ensuring effective communication and coordination of operational activities.
- Guarantee effective communications for coordination and management of operational activities.
- Stimulate commercial growth and ensure optimal service by coordinating and executing the exchange of relevant operational information, especially during key business moments of the year.
- Contribute to establishing effective processes and follow store procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Collect, interpret, and analyze information regarding needs, bottlenecks, and developments in processes, tools, and systems.
- Provide insights through periodic and ad hoc reports and analyses (FOH and BIH KPIs) within the area of expertise/region.
- Gather information from multiple departments via various communication channels between HQ and retail stores.
- Contribute to or develop business cases and create new concepts for processes, tools, or systems, ensuring their implementation in collaboration with Area Managers.
- Evaluate and benchmark current processes, tools, and systems, and initiate improvements, standardization, and automation.
- Execute activities independently within a defined scope, supported by managers or senior colleagues.
- Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders, such as Area Managers and Store Managers, in your area of expertise.
- Support, manage, and coordinate new store openings as part of the company's expansion plan, in partnership with Area Managers.
Your Talent
- Degree holder with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, preferably in beauty, jewelry, fashion, or accessories.
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Result-oriented in task handling.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, and service-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
