Start Date: 7 July 2025

Join us as a Business Developer in our Sales team, where you'll step into the market, build connections, understand customer needs, and act swiftly to deliver results. With real-time digital tools, you're not just selling iconic brands but also becoming a trusted advisor, creating lasting value with our customers. All while learning within our 'University of Business'.

As a sales team, we:
  • Prefer field work over office work and enjoy engaging daily with diverse people
  • Are customer-focused, committed to building and growing partnerships
  • Are results-driven, always seeking opportunities to improve
  • Are resourceful and collaborative in solving challenges
  • Are proactive in executing tasks and initiatives
Our new team member needs to:
  • Have a high school diploma or be pursuing higher education
  • Preferably have experience in a similar role or demonstrate achievements
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
You can succeed if you:
  • Can manage a designated territory, nurturing existing customers and finding new ones
  • Work collaboratively, valuing team success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners
  • Use resources strategically, considering environmental sustainability
  • Embrace digital tools to optimize outcomes
  • Analyze market and consumer data to craft strategic business reviews and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, ensure product visibility and availability, activate trade marketing, and execute merchandising standards
  • Manage assets in the market and at customer outlets
  • Utilize sales tools for reporting and maintaining store quality
