We’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Application Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of subsea energy.
As a Connection Systems Lead Design Engineer, you will be part of the Global Manifold, Distribution & Connection (MDC) Systems Engineering & Technology group, dedicated to design of various subsea equipment, including manifolds and distribution systems, in particular connectors and their relevant tooling and ancillaries (clamp/hydraulic connectors, seals, hubs, caps, alignment structures, lifting/deployment equipment, testing equipment, ROV tools). Within this organization, you will take part to the whole design cycle of subsea connection systems, from concept development to final engineering release of parts, drawings and related technical documentation, interacting with internal stakeholders and customers; eventually, you may also be required to support fabrication (including disposition of non-conformities) and installation campaigns. You will mainly contribute by creating 3D CAD models and drawings in CREO/IPEM environment, creating technical documents for internal/customer circulation, as well as preparing/managing bills of materials (BOM’s) in Teamcenter database. You will execute these activities yourself, as well as coordinating internal peers and/or external resources made available by our Engineering Services Partners (ESP’s) across the globe.
