A luxury hotel chain in Rome is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of luxury hospitality sales experience, focusing on international MICE segments. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies and managing relationships with key clients. This role requires strong negotiation and communication skills alongside fluency in English and Italian.

W Rome is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Sales with a background in International MICE Sales Management to join our vibrant luxury lifestyle hotel. This key leadership role supports the Director of Sales & Distribution in driving revenue across the MICE and group segments while also conducting all day‑to‑day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long‑term, value‑based customer relationships. You will play a pivotal role in promoting W Rome as the premier luxury destination for international groups, conferences, meetings, and prestigious events and in achieving segment revenue goals, property revenue goals, and guest and employee satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality sales, a passion for excellence, and the ability to inspire high performance within the sales team.
