A global engineering firm is seeking a qualified professional to lead Application Engineering activities and support Business Development. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, particularly in transformer design, and strong communication skills across diverse cultures. Proficiency in English and a willingness to travel are essential. This role can be performed remotely and offers competitive employee benefits.
Qualificações
- Minimum 10 years of experience with technical roles in transformer design.
- 5 years of direct interaction with customers in tender or order execution capacity.
- Proficiency in English mandatory; other languages a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Lead Application Engineering activities and support Business Development.
- Conduct Customer Transformer Trainings and attend industry conferences.
- Influence senior managers on technical matters with financial implications.
- Provide customer feedback for market analysis validation.
