Job summary
A reputable company in Indonesia seeks a candidate for a crucial sales role focusing on account management. You will manage existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities to meet sales goals. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the packaging or chemicals sector. Willingness to travel is essential. This role offers the chance to showcase your scalability in managing increased responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 6 years+ experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development required.
- Experience in Packaging/Chemicals/Ink/Labels/Digital Printing/Die Cutting/Manufacturing is preferred.
- Willing to travel and handle increased responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Grow the business by managing existing accounts and identifying new customers.
- Promote products through application of selling skills.
- Solve technical issues in coordination with teams.
- Monitor market trends and manage customer collections.
- Prepare regular internal and customer reports.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:You will be responsible for sales and account management for existing customers and develop new customers to achieve the budgeted sales and profit contribution. You will report to the Country Business Manager and will be based in Cikarang.
- Grow the business by managing existing accounts and identifying new potential customers.
- Promote the use of products to new and existing customers through the application of selling skills and buildingrelationships with all levels within the target customers.
- Understand our Product Portfolio and Sales Process.
- Solving technical issues with close coordination with the Quality Assurance & Technical Support Team.
- Manage market intelligence and monitor market trends in the region.
- Actively involved in timely collections from the customers
- Prepare regular reports, both for Internal and Customers like Sales Forecast, Customers’ Sales Forecast, Competitor Activity, Pricing Movements, Customer Complaints etc.
- Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- 6 years + experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development.
- Experience in Packaging/Chemicals/Ink/Labels/Digital Printing/Die Cutting/Manufacturing is preferred.
- Willing to travel.
- Individuals are able to showcase scalability. Or rather, the capability to cope and perform under increased or expanding responsibilities.
