We’re seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive new client acquisition and develop tailored advertising solutions. If you excel in negotiations, market analysis, and campaign management, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients by actively prospecting and building strong relationships
  • Lead negotiations at every stage of the sales process to secure contracts
  • Deliver engaging presentations to demonstrate advertising formats and showcase value
  • Develop personalized advertising solutions aligned with clients' goals, from initial analysis to campaign presentation
  • Prepare compelling commercial proposals that address client needs and highlight benefits
  • Negotiate contract terms to finalize deals efficiently and effectively
  • Oversee the launch of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely setup and proper execution
  • Continuously monitor campaigns to optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction
  • Analyze campaign results to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies
  • Execute individual sales plans to meet or exceed targets
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of new business lines, fostering company growth
Requirements
  1. 1+ year in B2B sales, hybrid sales/marketing roles, or analytics projects
  2. Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  3. Proficiency with CRM, MS Office/Google Workplace, Looker Studio, Google Slides/Keynote

Stable remuneration/month + BPJS & salary increase on a permanent basis, which depends on your personal performance (sales funnel quality, percentage of successful deals).

On-site work from a well equipped office in Jakarta (Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm).
