The Key Account Manager role at Asaba Group offers a opportunity to manage and develop key client relationships within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. PT ASABA is a National Distribution Company for stationery products. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to handle Modern Trade channels for our stationery and office supplies products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key retail accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with modern market partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop key accounts in Modern Trade channels and Chain Store (e.g., Hypermarket, Supermarket, Minimarket).
  • Develop sales strategies and execute business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate listing, pricing, promotions, and trading terms with key customers.
  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance and analyze sales data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers and key decision makers.
  • Achieve a sales target.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from any major (preferred Business Management, Marketing, or related field).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role.
  • Experience handling Stationery Business or FMCG products is a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Willing to travel as required.
  • Handle West Indonesia area (All Sumatera, Pontianak, Banten, West Java, Central Java and Yogyakarta).
  • Placement in Gambir, Central Jakarta.
