A leading retail company is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to support and manage end-to-end IT operations for its stores and offices in Indonesia. The role involves overseeing IT infrastructure, managing systems stability, and supporting new store openings. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, extensive experience in retail IT operations, and strong leadership abilities. This position requires communication in English, and the ability to work under operational pressure while travelling as needed.
Support and manage end-to-end IT operations for stores and offices to ensure system stability and service quality
Assist in leading and supervising IT Operation Support Leader, including coaching, task coordination and performance monitoring team.
Ensure smooth operation of store IT infrastructure (network, server, POS, and security systems)
Support IT readiness and implementation for new store openings, renovations, and relocations, ensuring on-time and issue-free go-live
Handle incident escalation and assist in resolving critical system issues impacting store operations
Monitor daily operational processes such as system availability, data synchronization, and reporting
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of CCTV, access control, and attendance systems, in coordination with security and HR teams
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure service quality and SLA compliance
Support IT asset management, cost optimization, documentation, and operational standards implementation
Monitor operational risks, identify recurring issues, and implement preventive and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability
