A manufacturing company in the building materials sector located in Jawa Barat is seeking a sales professional to develop distribution channels and enhance market penetration. Key responsibilities include managing distributor relations and ensuring product availability. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of retail sales experience, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be willing to travel for business. A valid Driver’s License (SIM A & SIM C) is required.
Develop distribution channels and increase product market penetration.
Ensure products are available in the market and promotional activities are effectively communicated.
Conduct market analysis and monitor market trends and developments.
Prepare visit reports and analysis, including recommendations to enhance product sales.
Build and maintain good relationships with distributor sales teams.
Manage and oversee distributor payments.
At least 2 years of experience in retail sales (experience in building materials is a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Diligent, honest, and disciplined.
Possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A & SIM C).
Willing to travel for business purposes.
