A leading cloud-based ERP provider is seeking a Field Sales professional in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves managing sales activities, prospecting leads, and maintaining customer relationships. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of B2B sales experience. Fluency in both Bahasa and English is required, and proficiency in Korean is a plus. This position presents an opportunity to contribute to the growth of companies in diverse sectors through ERP solutions.
Qualifications
- Must have at least a Bachelor's or Diploma Degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
Responsabilités
- Responsible for Field Sales activities of ERP/HRIS.
- Qualify leads and manage customer contracts.
- Build relationships through phone calls, emails, and online tools.
Connaissances
Formation
Responsible for a Field Sales activities of System (ERP/HRIS).
Prospecting and qualifying leads and managing successful customer contracts.
Build new relationships with potential prospects by cold and warm phone calls, emails, and other online communication tools.
Represent the company as the first point of contact for existing customers.
Understanding customers' needs, collecting feedback for features improvement, and seeking opportunities for upselling.
Maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Candidate Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ Diploma Degree/ (Management/Marketing/Any discipline educational background).
Has Prior Experience 1-3 Years of B2B Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Bahasa & English both speaking, writing.
Excellent selling and influencing skills.
Has experience on selling ERP/System is plus point.
Able to speak Korean is a Plus.
