About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our growing team at PT Toshindo Elevator Utama. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business and driving the sales of our innovative elevator solutions across the Jakarta region. This is a full‑time position based in Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their requirements and propose customised solutions
• Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to the sales team to support the sales process
• Prepare detailed proposals and technical specifications for lift and escalator projects
• Liaise with the engineering department to ensure timely delivery and installation of products
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide after‑sales support to customers
• Participate in trade shows, seminars and other marketing activities to promote the company's products and services

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical sales or application engineering role within the lift/elevator industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to identify and address complex technical challenges
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software is an advantage
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
