Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales targets and achievement plans by shift, day, week and month; monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
• Design and manage product layout (planograms) based on customer behaviour and sales data to maximise conversion and basket size; translate concepts into execution guides for store teams.
• Lead, coach and develop the operations/sales teams to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and service standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing to provide retail‑specific input on campaigns, promotions, and local activation.
• Produce regular sales analyses, forecasts and KPI reports; use data to identify opportunities and prioritise initiatives.
• Manage store‑level commercial activities including merchandising execution, stock placement, promo compliance, and basic budget oversight.
• Liaise with regional teams as required; support new store openings or layout rollouts.
