A leading chemical company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Sales Professional to support overall sales activities including customer engagement and order coordination. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in the chemical or oleochemicals field and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Support overall sales activities, including customer engagement, order coordination, and post-sales service.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by analysing market conditions and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Provide product information, technical support (if applicable), and timely responses to customer enquiries.
Prepare and update sales reports, customer visit records, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) updates for supervisor review.
Coordinate closely with internal departments such as logistics, customer service, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Identify issues or areas for improvement in the sales process and propose corrective actions to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, including safety, health, environmental and quality standards.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Management from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or engineering-related field.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in chemical / Oleochemicals / Industrial sales is required for this position.
Experience in managing warehouse operations is an added advantage.
Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Possesses exceptional communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
