A leading electronics company in North Jakarta seeks a Sales Manager to drive B2B sales, forecast performance, and maintain dealer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong negotiation and management skills are essential. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. This role involves ensuring product availability, monitoring sales achievements, and assisting in the overall B2B channel operations.
Assist Head of B2B Channel to achieve sales target and projected profit.
Make monthly sales forecasts and ensure that sales achievement can reach monthly sales forecasts.
Monitor sales achievement and sell products to dealers via online or offline channels.
Ensure stock availability, delivery of products, and after‑sales service; maintain and monitor AR payable from B2B dealers.
Visit dealers to ensure monthly contracts and achievements, maintain good relationships.
Update B2B monthly report (B2B achievement and condition, dealer PSI, and other brand activity).
Assist Head of B2B channel to operate the B2B channel in line with company procedures and policies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management/Economic or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Fluent in English (Mandarin a plus).
Persistent, number‑friendly and detail oriented.
Fast learner and effective worker.
Good negotiation skills, sales management & relationship building.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, people management, persuasive and innovative.
Logical and analytically minded.
Quick to adapt to any requirements.
