Job Description
  • Responsible for partner sales targets in accordance with the regional area.
  • Ensure the program in its area runs well and that sales targets can be met.
  • Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors, and field issues.
  • Monitor the daily activities of the DSM team.
  • Conduct target and performance reviews with clients.
Qualifications
  • Minimum senior high school or bachelor's degree in any major, or at least 3 years of experience as an area manager in the smartphone and electronics retail industry.
  • Strong network in the retail industry.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work with a high degree of mobility.
  • Able to maintain good relationships with the sales force of the client.
