As a Sales & Marketing F&B Sr. Supervisor, you will play a critical role in developing marketing initiatives, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting revenue growth across our F&B outlets.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing—preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.

  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, especially in campaign planning and customer engagement.

  • Able to coordinate end-to-end marketing activities (offline & online).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion, and support revenue achievement for all F&B outlets.

  • Plan, organize, and evaluate promotional campaigns—both digital and offline—based on market conditions and customer preferences.

  • Coordinate with Outlet Managers and Operational Teams to ensure campaign readiness, smooth implementation, and accurate performance tracking.

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and brand strengthening.

  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and communities to support strategic marketing initiatives.
