A reputable management firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking a legal advisor to support the legal manager in handling various legal matters. The role involves drafting and managing agreements, ensuring the validity of the company's licenses, and providing legal advice as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience with regulatory compliance and be familiar with Online Submission-Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA). This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the commercial legal operations of the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist legal Manager in handling legal matters.
• Draft and manage agreements with tenants and vendors.
• Provide legal advice and ensure all licenses are valid.

Job description

Assist legal Manager to do legal matters involving the company.

Draft, review and manage all agreement with tenant, outsourcing, vendor and any other third parties

Provide legal advice, negotiating, implementing contracts entered by the company

Maintaining validity of company license

Ensure all license and permit is still valid for the company and renew the licenses which will expire.

Prepare periodical report to the relevant government institution, such as Overview of Investment Activity Report (LKPM) to Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).

Familiar with Online Submission-Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA)

Keep track of any regulatory changes/updates and analyzing any regulatory changes towards the company’s interest, business and cooperation
