Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans to support brand objectives and sales targets.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, merchandising, and display execution to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Manage POS materials and ensure timely delivery to retail partners.
  • Collaborate with sales and brand teams to align trade activities with overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and distributors to optimize trade opportunities.
  • Distributor Communication: Serve as the main contact for online and offline distributors, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with brand strategies.
  • Marketing Calendar & Sales: Develop and execute trade marketing plans, manage promotional campaigns, and coordinate with HQ for strategic alignment.
  • Stock Management: Monitor limited products, slow‑moving items, and samples to optimize inventory and reduce waste.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and sales trends; prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Customer Data Management: Organize customer data and execute CRM activities such as SMS, eDM, and AppPush campaigns.
Requirements
