  • S1 Marketing, Komunikasi, Bisnis, Teknologi Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman minimal 1-3 tahun di digital marketing (FMCG/food & beverage lebih diutamakan). Fresh Graduate akan dipertimbangkan.
  • Menguasai strategi digital marketing (Social media marketing, e-commerce management).
  • Mampu menggunakan software desain/grafis dasar (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator) dan video editing.
  • Bisa Membangun jaringan komunikasi dengan institusi, komunitas, internal dan eksternal grup Perusahaan.
  • Diutamakan aktif sebagai konten creator di medsos (diutamakan pengalaman dalam membuat konten edukasi, review produk, promo dan branding).
  • Diutamakan memiliki jaringan KOL (influencer).
  • Bisa membuat online shop live Tiktok.
  • Cakap berkomunikasi untuk kebutuhan personal branding, promosi presentasi atau edukasi.
Responsibilities
  1. Menyusun strategi digital marketing untuk meningkatkan brand awareness, brand positioning, dan penjualan produk.
  2. Membuat Content Writing untuk Medsos dan Website.
  3. Melakukan monitoring, evaluasi, dan reporting kinerja campaign/performa konten digital marketing.
