A dynamic e-commerce company in Jakarta is seeking a Senior E-commerce Manager to lead and grow their online business. This role involves full P&L management, driving performance marketing initiatives, and overseeing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce management, particularly within the FMCG sector. Strong leadership skills and a data-driven approach are essential to optimize investments and enhance profitability.
We are seeking a senior, strategic, and hands‑on E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business across platforms.
This role requires end‑to‑end ownership of e-commerce performance: from P&L management, promotional strategy, performance marketing, livestream, affiliate/affiliator programs, to building and leading a high‑performing team. You will play a central role in scaling Loluna’s e‑commerce presence, optimizing investments, and driving sustainable profitability.
Lead, mentor, and develop the e‑commerce team.
Build strong capability within the team to manage platform operations, campaigns, affiliates, livestream, promotions, and performance marketing.
Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture aligned with Loluna’s values
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for all e‑commerce platforms.
Manage relationships and negotiations with platform partners.
Optimize platform mechanics (traffic, conversion, retention) to accelerate growth.
Oversee all activation pillars: livestream, affiliate programs, and in‑platform campaigns.
Design and manage performance marketing strategy (in‑platform and off‑platform).
Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Drive innovative initiatives such as gamification, brand days, and exclusive promotions.
Build and scale Loluna’s affiliates network on TikTok and Shopee.
Develop strategies to recruit, activate, and retain high‑performing affiliates.
Monitor affiliate ROI and ensure consistent contribution to GMV growth.
Provide tools, content, and guidance to empower affiliates as brand advocates.
Take ownership of the end‑to‑end e‑commerce P&L (sales, margin, and profitability).
Forecast stock to maintain optimal availability and support sales targets.
Balance growth acceleration with efficiency, ensuring sustainable contribution to company profitability.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Brand, and Finance to drive operational excellence.
Track and analyze key e‑commerce KPIs: GMV, AOV, ROI, ROAS, CAC, Repeat Rate, Affiliate Sales, etc.
Translate insights into strategic decisions and actionable growth levers.
Stay ahead of market and competitor trends, ensuring Loluna remains competitive and innovative.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5‑7++ years of proven experience in e‑commerce management, preferably in FMCG or mom & baby categories.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
Solid track record of scaling online channels with full P&L accountability.
Expertise in platform promotional mechanics, livestream commerce, affiliates programs, and performance marketing.
Highly analytical and data‑driven with financial acumen.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, adaptable, and result‑oriented.
