A leading property technology company in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Indonesia Real Estate Awards. The ideal candidate will manage a sales team, develop sponsorship strategies, and engage with top property developers. A minimum of 5 years in sales or business development is required, ideally in real estate or event management, along with excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. This role offers an opportunity to drive revenue and enhance event visibility.

In this role, you will lead the team behind the succession of Indonesia Real Estate Awards by Lamudi end-to-end, acting as the driving force behind its commercial success while managing and mentoring a sales team. You will oversee relationships with property developers from initial invitation through to the celebration of winners, set sales strategies, and guide the team in communicating the value of participation and selling winner marketing packages that maximise exposure and ROI for developers.
Beyond the awards, you will play a key role in the development and launch of new real estate events across Indonesia, including networking forums and exclusive developer showcases. You will be responsible for ensuring these initiatives are commercially viable, driving revenue through developer sponsorships and partnerships, and aligning event strategies with broader business objectives.
