Job description

Lamudi.co.id is a property technology company that aims to enable and support all parties along the property seeking, buying, and selling process from our range of products and services.

In this role, you will lead the team behind the succession of Indonesia Real Estate Awards by Lamudi end-to-end, acting as the driving force behind its commercial success while managing and mentoring a sales team. You will oversee relationships with property developers from initial invitation through to the celebration of winners, set sales strategies, and guide the team in communicating the value of participation and selling winner marketing packages that maximise exposure and ROI for developers.

Beyond the awards, you will play a key role in the development and launch of new real estate events across Indonesia, including networking forums and exclusive developer showcases. You will be responsible for ensuring these initiatives are commercially viable, driving revenue through developer sponsorships and partnerships, and aligning event strategies with broader business objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Invite and onboard property developers to participate in the Indonesia Real Estate Awards by Lamudi
  • Lead, coach, and performance-manage the event sales team, setting targets, monitoring pipelines, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals.
  • Own event sales strategy and forecasting, working with management to optimise pricing, packaging, and sponsorship offerings.
  • Coordinate entries and guide developers through the nomination and submission process.
  • Secure event sponsorships from developers and related industry partners to support the awards and future events such as the Connect event series.
  • Identify and establish new event opportunities in the Indonesian real estate market, working with management to build commercially sound event models.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with senior decision-makers and marketing teams within the developer community.
  • Collaborate with the events, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of award and event experiences.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the growth of Lamudi’s events portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales & BD experience, ideally in real estate, media, advertising, or event management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level and senior marketing decision-makers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: able to identify opportunities and build partnerships from the ground up.
  • Passionate about real estate, marketing, and events.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
