Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies covering Branding, Performance, Acquisition, and Retention.
Manage multi-brand digital marketing initiatives to ensure consistent brand positioning and optimal campaign performance.
Oversee all digital channels, including:
Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and sales performance.
Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate to drive data-based decisions.
Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, efficiently, and with measurable outcomes.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Brand, Creative, and Product to ensure integrated marketing execution.
Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team (Content, Ads, and Social Media).
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and implement relevant innovations to support business growth.
Prepare monthly performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
