Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand and growth marketing strategies aligned with startup objectives.
  • Handle end-to-end marketing activities: branding, campaign execution, content, digital, and partnerships.
  • Lead product launches and promotional campaigns with fast go-to-market execution.
  • Create and manage brand communication across social media, KOL/influencer, e-commerce, and offline channels.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Product/R&D, and founders for rapid decision making.
  • Manage marketing budget efficiently and ensure high ROI in a resource-limited environment.
  • Support creative development (copy, brief, key visual) and oversee external vendors or agencies.
Qualifications
