A marketing and finance company in Jakarta Utara seeks a Marketing Supervisor to plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns, design promotion mechanisms, and analyze campaign effectiveness. Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or related fields and have 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role. The role involves travel as needed, making it ideal for dynamic individuals wanting to develop their careers in marketing.
Plan, execute, and evaluate offline and online marketing campaigns, including marketplace activities, in line with company strategies and targets.
Design and manage promotion mechanics such as discounts, bundling, cashback, affiliate programs, and other promotional schemes with proper financial calculations.
Calculate campaign ROI and analyze promotional effectiveness as a basis for evaluation and improvement recommendations.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Prepare, control, and monitor marketing budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) in accordance with approved plans.
Manage and monitor cash flow related to marketing activities and supporting operations.
Perform basic Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis to assess campaign contribution to overall business performance.
Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) related to marketing activities and third‑party collaborations.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Business.
A background with a combination of marketing and finance is an added advantage.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Supervisor / Coordinator / Team Lead role within marketing, finance, or business operations.
Experience in retail, FMCG, distributor networks, or multi‑branch businesses is a plus.
Willing to travel for business purposes to branches or outlets as required.
