A leading Indonesian company is seeking a Product Manager to develop product strategies, foster collaboration across various departments, and conduct market research. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in product management or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. Min Bachelor Degree majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any relatedfield
Min 1+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, and/or Sales
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving and relationship buildingskills.
Practical minded with a technical/ mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply newproduct or technical knowledge
Must be comfortable and open to working on commercial & residential jobsites: Making enduser visits, sales calls, distributor visit, and field testing
Good command of English both written and spoken.
Have car driving license and willing to travel out of town
Develop responsible product category strategy and growth objectives including, but not limitedto: new product commercialization, sales budget, inventory management, demand planning,and promotional planning
Ensure and foster cross department collaboration with BrandMarketing, Sales, JSS, Service,Supply Chain, and Global Marketing teams
Conduct field market & competitive research for target professional trade users andapplications to suggest new product opportunities and position products in market
Commercialize new products for market, including: market & product research, competitiveanalysis, price positioning, forecasting, product messaging, marketing asset development,sales training, and after launch support
