Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Trade Marketing to drive strong in-store execution, impactful offline activations, and effective go-to-market (GTM) implementation. This role will work closely with Sales & Brand team to ensure brand visibility, campaign effectiveness, and efficient trade spend management across priority outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure strong in-store execution compliance across priority outlets by monitoring visibility, pricing, audits, and trade program implementation.
  • Plan and execute offline campaigns and activations, including seasonal/thematic programs and monthly in-store or OOH activations.
  • Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans in collaboration with Brand and Sales teams, ensuring new product launches are well-implemented and launch scorecards are completed.
  • Develop, maintain, and update a Trade Marketing Blueprint on a quarterly basis to standardize field execution and incorporate learnings from NPD and promotional activities.
  • Analyze campaign and execution performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, or Field Marketing (FMCG/retail experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of in-store execution, GTM processes, and offline activations.
