Job summary
A growing HR consultancy is seeking a seasoned financial expert to evaluate M&A opportunities, manage investor relationships, and prepare for IPO processes. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Finance or Business Administration, with an MBA preferred, alongside over 5 years of relevant experience in advisory roles and a strong analytical skill set. This position also requires a vast network within the capital market.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in Big 4 Advisory and real-sector experience.
- Experience dealing with investors and successfully delivering deals.
- Vast network within capital market.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute M&A and other investment opportunities.
- Analyze valuation and returns.

Job Description
- Evaluating And Executing M&A And Other Investment Opportunities
- Analyzing Valuation And Returns
- Preparing The Company To Go IPO And Its Running Process
- Set Financial Targets For Fundraising Activities, And Create Strategies For Reaching Them
- Managing Relationships With Banks And Other Stakeholders On Financing Requirements
- Collaborate With Senior Leadership And Prioritize Departmental Activities To Meet Organizational Goals
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration, MBA degree would be highly preferable
- Over 5 years experience of both Big 4 Advisory and real-sector experience is a MUST
- Have had experience in dealing with investors directly and/or handled deals projects directly and successfully delivered
- Have vast network within capital market
- Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
