About the role

Kisai Entertainment is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in West Jakarta. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of webtoon production, ensuring they are completed on time, within deadline, and to the highest standards. This full‑time position will allow you to utilise your exceptional project management skills and expertise to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Create and manage production schedules for each title to ensure timely delivery in line with client agreements.
• Supervise and control production activities and schedules, maintaining compliance with Kisai’s timelines, while managing up to 6 projects concurrently.
• Create clear, prioritized daily to‑do lists for each editor.
• Oversee production progress and take proactive or corrective actions to prevent delays or disruptions.
• Regularly monitor the performance and well‑being of artists, art editors, and assistants to ensure smooth production.
• Ensure that art editors give weekly schedules for each project via LINE or other designated platforms.
• Supervise assistants involved in production to ensure they fulfill their responsibilities according to the set timeline.
• Review and verify monthly invoices from artists and assistants by the specified deadline.
• Professionally communicate relevant updates to clients regarding ongoing collaborations with Kisai.
• Provide constructive suggestions to improve production processes, workflows, and overall team efficiency.
• Ensure all team members adhere to Kisai’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Communication, Education, Psychology or other related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in the game or webtoon industry.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Proof of management experience (e.g., project scheduling, timetables, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Excellent time management and people management skills.
• Ability to maintain regular communication through SNS platforms such as Discord, Slack, or any other necessary tools.
• Willingness to work full‑time at the Kisai Entertainment HQ, located in Cengkareng, West Jakarta, Indonesia.
