At our Cikarang site, our Engineering Team is the operational backbone, specializing in the maintenance, qualification, and continuous improvement of critical utilities and high‑tech manufacturing equipment essential for producing stem cell–based therapies and high‑quality cosmetic products. As part of our team, you will work closely with experts across Production and Quality Assurance to ensure facility reliability, system efficiency, and strict adherence to cGMP/CPKB compliance standards. We are a solution‑driven, mission‑critical team dedicated to leveraging technical excellence to support Daewoong’s global leadership in healthcare innovation and operational reliability.

Your Role in this Journey:

• Make sure production and utility equipment is ready to support production activity and achieve secure supply.
• Manage PM & Calibration system to ensure all production and utility equipment meets Quality, EHS as well as productivity requirements.
• Prevent disturbances of production schedule due to factory or system problems.
• Take immediate action if any disturbances or breakdown maintenance in the production equipment and utility that relates to and supports production activity.
• Execute all activities in a safe manner to protect employees, the environment, and company assets in accordance with EHS standards and procedures.
• Improve efficiency of energy or other engineering aspects as part of a cost‑saving program.
• Ensure all production and utility equipment are registered into the PM & Calibration program, and preventive maintenance tasks are available and effective.
• Manage engineering technicians to perform maintenance program of production and utility equipment.
• Ensure SOPs of all production and utility equipment are in place and in effective use.
• Properly manage documentation such as validation, manual, and drawing for production and utility equipment.
• Manage spare parts for production and utility equipment to avoid breakdown maintenance.
• Maintain teamwork spirit and integrity by demonstrating leadership skills.
• Communicate effectively and maintain good relationships with other departments.
• Carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Engineering Manager (as deputy), if the Engineering Manager is unavailable or on any business trip.
• Support Engineering Manager in preparing the yearly operational expense budget.

Who We’re Excited to Meet

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) graduated from Engineering, preferably major in Mechanical or Electrical.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering / Maintenance supervisory level.
• Experience and knowledge in the drug manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry, knowledge of the latest equipment used in drug manufacturing and laboratories, GMP both nationally and internationally as well as Cosmetic GMP.
• Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and control system practice of industrial equipment.
• Hands on in basic engineering in theory, principles and practices.
• Experience in maintenance system of industrial company, preferable for pharmaceutical or food industries.
• Knowledge of management system of both Quality or EHS.
• Able to speak English both oral and written and use of computer and AutoCAD.
• Having the accuracy and ability to analyze data.
• Good communication skills – verbal and written.
• Able to coordinate and work together with team, can communicate internally and between departments effectively.
• Able to manage technical team to execute routine or non routine maintenance.
• Have basic aseptic technique and willing to work under clean room area.
• Willing to be based in Cikarang.

Preferred

• Mechanical or Electrical engineering, preferably have minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering supervisory level of pharmaceutical or food industry.
