A leading fit-out management company in Bali is seeking a project coordinator for tenant fit-out projects. This role involves liaising with tenants and ensuring compliance with design plans and building standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design and at least 3 years of experience in retail or mixed-use projects. Strong coordination and communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English, are essential. Join us to drive quality and safety in fit-out execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tenant fit-out projects, preferably in retail or mixed-use.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and materials.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate with tenants and project managers for fit-out execution.
- Review design plans for compliance with standards.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure effective communication.
- Monitor site progress and conduct inspections.
- Ensure fit-out works meet safety and regulatory requirements.
Connaissances
Formation
Coordinate with the tenant for the fit-out project manager, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
Review and approve design plans in line with building standards and lease terms.
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure fit-out works meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Manage documentation, reporting, and handover procedures.
- Ready to be based in Bali
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tenant fitout, preferably in retail or mixed-use projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building systems.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English
