Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack products and solutions
  • Exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor made pricing structure/deals
  • Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various social media platforms; monthly sales forecast preparation and submission
  • Use CRM to full potential to report, measure and control sales inputs and outcomes
Requirements:
  • A strong background in new business accounts acquisition
  • You are a self‑starter with stellar sales track records for SaaS solutions
  • Hunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities
  • Has minimum 3 years of experience in sales field (B2B) in Automotive, Logistic, Transportation, IT, and Leasing Company.
  • Prospecting & cold calling experience
  • A driven personality and eager to explore new business opportunities
  • Good communication & listening skills to understand a customers needs and tailor a relevant pitch
  • Resilience to always go to the extra mile to close the deals
  • Work-based in Jakarta
  • Good communication skills in English (in order to work with English speaking colleagues and stakeholders).
