Job description

Develop and execute creative marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.

Lead, manage, and supervise the Social Media Specialist and Digital Marketing Specialist teams.

Define overall creative direction for organic content, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.

Develop and oversee 360° marketing campaigns across social media, digital ads, KOL/influencer, store, and marketplace channels.

Ensure content and campaigns are structured based on the marketing funnel (awareness, engagement, conversion).

Collaborate closely with Brand, Sales, Product, and Business teams to ensure alignment.

Ensure consistency of brand visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels.

Oversee creative production quality, timelines, and deliverables.

Monitor and evaluate content and campaign performance based on marketing KPIs.

Translate performance data into creative insights and improvements.

Coach, guide, and develop team capabilities through regular feedback and reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in creative, marketing, or digital roles.

Proven experience leading Social Media and Digital Marketing teams (mandatory).

Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and creative strategy.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing and performance advertising (funnel strategy, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).

Experience managing both organic content and paid campaigns.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.

Up-to-date with social media trends, content formats, and digital advertising developments.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into creative direction.

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
