Conduct regular organizational performance analysis. Proactively assess and suggest improvement opportunities for Sourcing across functional areas.

Act as support for all policies and procedures relevant for Sourcing, including process optimization, update, and implementation within Sourcing.

Proactively collaborate across functions to identify and resolve issues that are posing obstacles to Product Creation.

Ensure all sourcing operations and practices fully comply with adidas’ Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards and legal requirements, while managing the relevant processes internally and externally.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of process, system landscape relevant to Sourcing
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and ability to connect dots
• Strong process and project management skills
• Strong negotiation, influencing, people and communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong Microsoft office Skills

• University degree
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or strategic project management
• Knowledge of sports product and/or project management is preferred.
