Job summary

A modern wellness ecosystem in Sidoarjo is seeking a Clubhouse Manager to oversee daily operations, engage with members and guests, and coordinate community activities. Main Responsibilities
  • Manage daily clubhouse operations to ensure a comfortable, well-organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Be the face of hospitality by warmly engaging with members and guests.
  • Coordinate community activities and small-scale events to keep the clubhouse lively and engaging.
  • Oversee café corner operations to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Lead and support frontliner teams to maintain service standards and SOPs.
  • Support sales targets through great service, natural upselling, and community‑driven activities.
  • Collaborate with Operational Team, F&B, Maintenance, and related teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare simple daily and weekly operational reports.
